In order to match you as a Jobseeker/Candidate to Companies Hiring or Education Providers, i.e. [Admitting Colleges or Universities] and/or vice versa, your personal information may be provided to third parties such as: prospective employer, licensing or regulatory body, credential assessing body, and immigration/ consular officials solely for the purpose the information or documents are requested for. To be a registered user (Jobseeker/Study Abroad Applicant/Company Hiring/Education Provider) on our website (herein referred as  “GTS”), Your vacancies descriptions & requirements, admission requirements, your application documents including Curriculum Vitae, Cover Letter, and relevant credentials will be required to be sent into our official email address for application purpose. Furthermore, as a jobseeker or study abroad applicant you are at liberty as you wish to submit additional relevant documents.

On the other hand, as a Company Hiring or Education Provider, information relating to COMPANY profile, job /position description details are required from prospective recruiters/employers/education providers.

We RETAIN information you provide to us for so long as we continue to provide services to you and specifically until such time our contractual obligation comes to a close.

We USE this information from you in order to:

• Provide job and study abroad ads.
• Search, and pre-select CVs that meet employers’ minimum requirements.
• Contact clients for an important update on the recruitment and migration purposes; and providing clients with relevant customer support.
• In addition, we use visitor data for analytical purposes to improve users-friendliness, functionality and quality of our website.
• Personalize our advertising and marketing communications.

Furthermore, we may also partner with third parties to provide specific service, e.g. Immigration Service Assistance. We also provide Application for Foreign Qualification Assessment and Professional Registration service assistance if you authorize us.
